Booking Terms & Conditions.
We genuinely want your experience with us to be memorable and we hope that we can offer you the flexibility to meet all your expectations. To ensure that we get your activity off to a great start, we have what we hope are some reasonable terms and conditions.
Reserving An Activity
When we confirm the availability of an activity, we will reserve it for 48 hours. Within this period, you will need to submit the deposit payment. We ask that a 10% deposit is paid into our PayPal account. Only upon receipt of payment will the booking be secured.
Full Payment
Full payment will be required on the day. We currently do not have the ability to accept credit/debit card payments, so if you are unable to pay in cash, we can request the remainder of the payment from PayPal.
Cancellation
If you cancel up to 24 hours before the date of the activity, then we will refund you the full amount of the deposit. Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your activity then we are unable to refund you the deposit.
Participants Responsibilities
When booking on one of our activities please ensure that the chosen itinerary matches your current abilities. If you have any questions or concerns, then please contact us before making any payment.
Medical
Could you please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions you have that may be relevant to our activity (PADI diving activities have their own medical conditions).
Age Limits
There are no minimum or maximum ages for our activities (although some PADI diving programs do have minimum ages), so instead we ask that all participants are physically and mentally fit for their chosen activity.
Insurance
It is a requirement that you have the necessary travel/health insurance, and that it covers the type of activity you will be doing. You will need to confirm this with us. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience does include insurance.
Conditions Outside of Our Control
In incredibly rare instances the weather precludes us from undertaking an activity safely. In this instance we will offer an alternative date, or if not suitable, a full refund.
Concerns/Complaints
If during your time with us you are concerned about any aspect of the activity, then please make us aware of this. We work hard to make sure that things go as smoothly as possible and are always receptive to a different approach.
We honestly hope that you’ll have no reason to complain about any part of your activity, but if there is anything that genuinely concerns you then please let us know straight away. We like to think that we are approachable and will resolve any issues as speedily as possible.
